Focus and Scope

Plantation and Tropical Land is a national journal that is published twice a year (June and December), in print and online versions. The Journal of Plantation and Tropical Land accepts articles on all aspects of plantation and management of tropical land resources.

The Journal of Plantation and Tropical Land aims to be a means of conveying information on research results, policy analysis or new ideas in the field of plantations and management of tropical land resources.

The Journal of Plantation and Tropical Land invites researchers and writers who work on the following topics:

- Technical cultivation of plantation crops

- Control of plantation pests

- Plantation technology innovation

- Biotechnology and plantation plant breeding

- Handling of plantation products

- Handling and utilization of plantation waste

- Plantation agribusiness/social economy

- Management of tropical land resources

- Conservation of soil and water as well as biological materials and agents

- Plantation environmental management

- Plantation policy analysis

Journal of Plantation and Tropical Land is a journal that can be accessed free of charge. Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of this article free of charge. All submitted documents will be reviewed by reviewers before being accepted for publication. Authors wishing to submit manuscripts to the Journal of Plantation and Tropical Land must follow the norms described in the APA manual or see the Call for papers section on the Journal's website.

Peer Review Process

The research article submitted to this online journal will be peer-reviewed at least 2 (two) reviewers. The accepted research articles will be available online following the journal peer-reviewing process. Language used in this journal is English or Indonesia.
