Peer Review Process
Some policies in the review of FoodTech (Jurnal Teknologi Pangan):
- Any submitted paper will be reviewed by reviewers.
- Review process employs Double-blind Review, namely, the reviewer does not know the identity of the author, and the author does not know the identity of the reviewer.
- In the review process, reviewers consider the correspondence of title, abstract, discussion (findings) and conclusions. In addition, reviewers also consider the novelty, scientific impact and references used in the paper.
Publication Frequency
FoodTech: Jurnal Teknologi Pangan published twice a year in May and October. The received scientific papers are managed through an online submission system and before an article is accepted, it must first go through a review process by peer reviewer from FoodTech.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
This journal is open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to users or / institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to full text articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or author.
Journal History
- This journal first published a printed version of the article in 2018 with volume 1. no. 1
