Focus and Scope

Jurnal Edukasi Ekonomi (JEE)  contains articles resulting from research in the field of economic education and learning and other related fields, which include:

3. Economics
4. Management Science
5. Entrepreneurship

Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts are read by the editor. Manuscripts that do not meet the journal's criteria, as determined by the editor, will be immediately rejected without external review. Submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by experts in the relevant field. The first reviewer's recommendation will be the Editor's main priority in making publishing decisions. The editor will send an email to prospective reviewers asking for their willingness to review the manuscript. If the prospective reviewer agrees, the editor will send the manuscript to the reviewer via the OJS website. The review process is conducted anonymously (blind review). The reviewer does not know the identity of the author, and the author does not know the identity of the reviewer.
The editor then makes a decision based on the reviewer's recommendations from several possibilities: rejected, needs major revisions, needs minor revisions, or accepted.

The Editor in Chief of Jurnal Edukasi Ekonomi (JEE) has the right to decide which manuscripts submitted to the journal should be published.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Journal History

  1. Jurnal Edukasi Ekonomi (JEE) was first published in August 2017 with a publication frequency of every six months, available only in print.  
  2. Jurnal Edukasi Ekonomi (JEE) began publishing online through OJS in Vol. 7, No. 1, August 2023. On 10 January 2024
  3. Jurnal Edukasi Ekonomi (JEE) submitted its application for an online ISSN.
  4. The online ISSN for Jurnal Edukasi Ekonomi (JEE) was issued on 19 February 2024 and became effective for the February 2024 edition.
  5. The publishing edition of Jurnal Edukasi Ekonomi (JEE) was adjusted to Volume 8 No. 1, February 2024, along with the release of the online version in 2024
  6. Jurnal Edukasi Ekonomi (JEE)  is indexed on GARUDA starting June 2024.
