Author Guidelines

MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION:

For Author(s) who are interested in publishing their works, should make a registration/login into the system. The Author can contact langkaubetang@untan.ac.id  if there is a problem in online submissions

We urged Authors to follow the writing guide (paper template), otherwise, Editors may reject to proceed the submitted manuscript to the next round

I. GENERAL GUIDELINES:

1. Written with Microsoft Office Word (save as 97-2003 version)
2. The manuscript should use the following order: Introduction, Methods, Result and Discussion, Conclusion, and References. However, Author(s) can also use another style in accordance with their specification of discussion
3. In general, the text uses Times New Roman, 12 pts, 1 colomn, single line spacing, justify alignment, moderate margin in every side, and use A4 paper. Manuscript title uses Times New Roman, 20 pts, align left. The sub-heading uses Times New Roman, 14 pts
4. Illustration (figure) title should be centered and numbered below the figure. Besides, illustration source and year should be provided
5. Table title should be centered and numbered above the table, source and year should be provided and located under the table
6. Citation information (Author and year of publication) should be included in the texts as well as listed inside the references list (do not use footnote)
7. We recommend using the reference management software (with APA style) to arrange the references. Besides, the minimum number of references/ bibliographies should be ten (10) references
8. The total number of illustration (figure) range from 5-10 figures
9. The manuscript should be written no more than 6,000 words (maximum 15 pages)

II. UPLOADED FILES

In the submission process, the Author is required to upload files including:

1. Manuscript/Article file; in Microsoft word format, the default max. size is 5 MB (PAPER TEMPLATE)
2. Author's statement file; in Microsoft word format/pdf (AUTHOR'S STATEMENT) - Upload on supplementary files

Both files should be uploaded in the submission process. For an editing process (after the manuscript accepted) editable format (Microsoft file) should be provided.

III. ESTIMATED TIMELINE AND STAGES

1. Submission: anytime
2. Initial review by Editor: Before submitted to Reviewer, Editors can provide feedback in advance
3. Initial decision by Editor: Manuscript can be submitted to Reviewers or rejected/ archived
4. Review by Reviewers: 2 months (Review period: June-July and December-January), the review length of time maybe vary, depends on the Reviewer time, so please be patient. In some cases, the review periode may extend
5. Reviewer recommendation and Editor decision
6. Revision by Author: 2 weeks
7. Editing for publication/Author proof
